Return from COVID-19

Hello All, as you are aware we closed our doors on Friday 20th March, due to the current pandemic. During our ten week closure we created a YouTube Channel, Petham Village Nursery, so our children could join us in some songs and on some adventures. We hope you all enjoyed them! It was slightly embarrassing but fun to make them. Our doors are now re-open for those that would like to come and have some fun with us and their friends. We are following the government guidance for early years settings, keeping us all as safe as possible. Our first couple of days have been great fun and it has been so nice to see some familiar happy faces back with us, all looking very grown up from when we saw them last.

We are operating a closed group of those families that initially chose to return for three weeks. This enables us to keep a secure group of both children and staff together for the safety of all.  All being well after this initial period we will introduce others then wishing to return. We will rotate the staff, numbers depending, and keep the current group of children. If you wish to re-join us on the 22nd June please do not hesitate to get in touch via e-mail or by phone.

We hope that you and your families have remained safe and well during these difficult times and very much look forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as they feel safe to do so.

We are also looking forward to introducing some new families into our setting in the near future.

Stay alert, control the virus, save lives

Debbie, Yeliz and team Petham
